Description
The vertical vacuum pyrolysis furnace is used for the vacuum pyrolysis sintering process of ceramic matrix composites. K

Technical characteristics
1. The vertical vacuum oven has the pyrolysis chamber of high temperature sealing, characterized by being contaminant proof and easy to maintain. 
2. For large size furnaces, multiple temperature control zones shall be designated to improve temperature homogeneity.  
3. It is equipped with an external quick-cooling system to decrease the production cycle K
4. The multiple waste gas stage treatment system is adopted for the management of tar, dust and gases. K

1. Oven door: Hydraulic / mechanical lift, swing / parallel opening (large door), Manual lock / automatic lock with locking collar.
