DescriptionThe vacuum graphite furnace is mainly used for treatment of graphitization at high temperature of C / C, graphite, refractory materials of insulation of carbon fiber, etc. K
Technical characteristics1. The vacuum graphite furnace uses the electric heater as a low-energy resistor and the size of the working area is not limited by the size of the crucible.
2. For the large oven, multiple temperature control zones will be designed to increase the temperature homogeneity.
3. It can be equipped with the external quick-cooling system to decrease the production cycle.
4. The vertical graphite furnace can receive load both at the top and bottom, buyers can select the type they wish according to the procedure requirements and workshop size. K
Optional Configuration of the Vacuum Vertical Graphite Oven.1. Oven Door: Hydraulic / mechanical lift, swing / parallel opening (large door), Manual lock / automatic lock with locking collar.
2. Oven vessel: All carbon steel / Completely stainless steel.
3. Furnace heating zone: Refractory brick + Ceramic fiber.
4. Heating compound and muffle: Graphite / C / C composite material.
5. Gas processing system: Volume / mass flow meter, manual valve / automatic valve, foreign brand / Chinese brand K
6. Vacuum pump and caliber: foreign brand / Chinese brand K
7. PLC (Programmable Logic Control): OMRON / Siemens K
8. Temperature controller: SHIMADEN / EUROTHERM K
9. Thermocouple: Type W-Re / S / R
10. HMI: Simulation / Touch Screen K
11. Electrical components: CHINT / Schneider / Siemens K
