Technical characteristics1. The size of the working area of the kiln reaches 2.5m × 2.5m × 5m, which can meet the treatment of large size CVD parts.
2. The carbon vacuum oven adopts the multiple temperature control zone with high temperature homogeneity.
3. The special design deposition chamber achieves a good sealing effect and strong anti-pollution capability.
4. The multiple deposition windows ensure the homogeneity of the field flow, leave no stools in the inactive corners and has a large deposition surface.
5. During the deposition process both tar, solid powder and organic gases are treated effectively.
